Exclusive Area in our Site

Our Confidence Contract Clients can log in to an exclusive area within the company site (www.residenceconfidence.com).

Client log-in is password protected and opens up a “helpdesk” environment. Here you will find a detailed plan of tasks completed and a program of services planned for the property.

This tool allows for a direct interface between R&C and our clients.  It gives our clients control over their property allowing them to request, schedule or modify tasks whenever they want.

R&C will post monthly reports to this area which can be printed out along with a copy of the service contract.
