But…if you don’t live close to your holiday home! How could you carry out and supervise all tasks for the rentals support? And there’s some significant work involved…

R&C are able to carry out all the tasks adjacent the lettings business.

We could take the pictures, prepare the texts and advertise the house in one or more well know specific WebPages (worldwide audience);manage bookings and availability charts; take deposits, payments and banking them for the owners; hold damage deposits and make relevant deductions if any damage happens; perform inventory inspections before release the damage deposits back to the clients; handle clients complains; provide on time requested information concerning booking terms, local directions and arrival instructions, etc; deliver ours phone numbers (including mobile) to guest; visit the house before and after each letting to check domestic equipments, check inventory;  clean the house; change beds and towels, replacing toilet rolls and so; laundry, washing, iron and stow. We also could provide each letting with a welcome basket; Etc.

Rentals Service – a rentals support tasks package:

  • Advertisement of the house on a well know specific Webpage (with worldwide audience) including taking the photos, submit the texts and details concerning the house;
  • Bookings and availability charts management;
  • Take deposits, payments and banking them for the owners;
  • Hold damage deposits and make relevant deductions if any damage happens; 
  • Inventory inspections before release the damage deposits back to the clients (the first inventory issue should be assemble together with the owner or provide by the owner);
  • Handle clients complains;
  • Provide on time requested information concerning booking terms, local directions and arrival instructions, etc;
  • Check-in and check-out;
  • Deliver our contacts to guests;
  • Visit the house before and after each letting to check domestic equipments, check inventory;
  • Monthly report.

This package costs a percentage (15%) of the letting income. 

Note: to provide the Rentals Service package, regarding houses must be managed by R&C! At least we should be the key holders and perform the inspections while vacant. For lettings management, owners should deliver us 4 sets of keys (2 for gests, 1 for inspections and 1 for cleanings)

Besides the Rentals Service package Residence & Confidence has available a extend catalogue of useful support tasks: 

  • House preparation for each letting, cleanings, laundry, equipments check, etc;
  • Daily cleans;
  • Weekly cleans;
  • Spring cleans;
    Cleanings costs are issued according the house size and the deepness required.Generally speaking a 3 bedroom house cleaning could cost between 65 and 75 Euros! However dimensions, WC quantity and other details could dramatically change this estimation!
  • Laundry;
    Laundry costs are calculated by weight (Kg).Generally speaking laundry from a 3 bedroom house costs more or less 30 Euros! Again details could considerably change this evaluation!
  • Inventory inspections before release the damage deposits back to the clients (the first inventory issue should be assemble together with the owner or provide by the owner);
  • Check-in and check-out;
  • Toilets rolls and other spares supply;
  • Welcome basket (several versions, from 25 to 45 Euros, or more)
  • Monthly report.
