property management inventoryWe will prepare and maintain a detailed inventory list for the house which will be updated at the beginning and end of the contract or rental period when such rentals are arranged by R&C.

With every Confidence Contract, we prepare in conjunction with the owner a detailed inventory of all furniture and decorative items in the home.

The inventory is checked annually and/or at the end of each holiday rental period.  Any defaults or damaged items will be reported immediately to the owner. Where defects or deficiencies are attributable to departing guests, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the respective damage deposit.

When the deficiency is imputed to the leaseholders, they will be demanded for the replacement or compensation of the fault deducted from the holding damage deposit.
