We’ll issue a “Welcome Book” (written in four languages) that provides essential information to the guest such as the “house rules,” the instructions of use of electrical appliances, touristic routes, amongst other valuable suggestions and information.

R&C provides each party with a set of Amenities for their first needs on arrival, consisting of basic hygiene products and essential food items for a light meal.
We aim at providing a stress-free Check-In and Check-Out, consisting of guests’ autonomous access to the property, using a constraint-free Key Safe at any convenient time. An attended check-in costs additionally.
We remain available at all times in respect of maintenance support for any eventual or unforeseen breakdown.
Availability to advise the SEF local office in respect of incoming and outgoing guests.
We provide the SEF with details on foreign guests. We will perform the collection & payment of the municipal touristic tax payable on reservations when applicable.
A proper performance and revenue report is issued seasonally. The schedule for accounts and payback could be tailor-made according to the owner’s convenience.
The service cost consists of a single fee calculated on the rental price paid by the guests. There are no hidden costs or other surprises. Within this marketing plan, R&C fee isn’t charged upfront, it is deducted from rental balance delivered by guests.
Household linen (sheets and towels) supplied by R&C – service only available for AL_GLOBAL plan. This optional item has an additional cost of 5%.

This service package includes the conception and publishing of the property advertisements for Short-Term Rentals & bookings management. It does not include field tasks, namely, cleaning and laundry services, welcome basket, etc.
Comprehensive service package which includes all discriminated resources to list the property & manage it for short-term rentals. It is the AL_Base package added with the tasks on the ground, namely, cleaning, laundry, welcome basket, etc.
NOTE: The R&C commission amount is calculated for each booking after deducting the fee charged by the online advertising platform where the booking was raised.
